Customer verification

We manage risk by knowing the buyer.

Almost every useful intermediate has more than one possible use. Removing compounds from the catalogue would mostly hurt the researchers who need them. So we keep the catalogue broad and check who we sell to — more closely where a compound calls for it. A clear record of that check is also why research institutions can choose us as a supplier.

Standard

Institution name, contact and intended use are confirmed with the order.

Enhanced verification

Each order needs institutional verification and a signed end-use statement before it ships. Orders above typical research quantities are reviewed first.

  • Proof of affiliation (institutional email, ID or PO from the institution)
  • Signed end-use certificate, kept on file with the order
  • First orders from new customers, unusual quantities or unclear use are reviewed before we confirm
Controlled

Supplied only under the licences and notifications the law requires. Contact us before ordering.
