Shipping & documents

Where we ship

To research institutions and companies outside the Republic of Korea. Some countries need an import permit or extra paperwork for particular compounds; we check each route before confirming an order.

How

International express courier. Each compound is classified for air transport and packed accordingly; dangerous-goods surcharges are shown on the invoice.

Documents

Every order ships with the lot certificate of analysis and the safety data sheet in English, plus the commercial invoice and export declaration.

Duties and import

The consignee is the importer of record unless agreed otherwise. Duties, taxes and brokerage are charged by the carrier at delivery.

Risk in transit

Risk passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Lead times are estimates. Inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage, shortage or a wrong item within 7 days, with photographs.

Storage on arrival

Store as stated on the label and the CoA. Cold-chain shipping is available for compounds that need it.

Claims, returns and liability are governed by the terms of sale.
