What we collect
Your email address when you sign in. When you place an order: your name, phone number, institution, department and position, delivery address, PO number or tax ID if you give them, your description of the intended use and, for enhanced-verification compounds, your end-use statement. We also keep what you ordered.

Sign-in codes
We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email. We store only a scrambled form of the code, it expires after 10 minutes and works once. We never ask for a password.

Why we use it
To sign you in, to verify that you buy for a research institution, to contact you about the price, shipping and payment of your order, to ship it with the right documents, and to keep the sales and export records the law requires of a chemical supplier. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us
Amazon Web Services (servers, Seoul region) hosts the shop and its database. Cloudflare carries the traffic to the site and protects it from attacks. Resend delivers our emails (sign-in codes and order messages). Each handles the data only to provide that service.

Your browser
The site keeps your cart and your sign-in in your browser’s local storage. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing out removes the sign-in from the browser.

How long we keep it
Order and verification records are kept for as long as trade, tax and chemical-control rules require. If you have never ordered, we delete your account on request.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
